Help please.
Fit bit versa lite purchased July 2019. 1 for me, 1 for my daughter. We both wore virtually all the time except shower. Hers just up and died last weekend. Mine, the heart rate Led stopped 3 days ago. The light is out and no heart rate available. I have tried all the suggestions I could find from here in community.
i tried figuring out how to contact Fitbit regarding options as to why 2 $200 smart watches both stopped working 1 year after purchase. That’s not acceptable. I’ve been a loyal fitbit user for years but now, I’m frustrated and don’t know what my options are, if any exist.
