Hello,
some days ago the HR sensor on my #VersaLite stopped working.I tried to rebooth the watch several times and once the green light started to work again then stopped definitely.I tried all the steps you suggested here to other users with no success.Is that possible to send the watch to your Italy headquarters to have it repaired?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. First, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors of your device are still flashing? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.

I tried everything on the website, the sensors don't flash from two weeks.
I'm really sad about this.
