My versa lite edition heartrate monitor is not working. I’ve switched it off and reset and still not working. The green light on the back is not going on. Please can someone assist?

Can you please check heart rate is not turned off.

 

On the watch

Swipe left

Click settings

Scroll to the Heart Rate

Check its on
