Hey there - my versa lite sensors are no longer working so I can’t see my heart rate of sleep. Still tracking steps but my battery is dying very fast. Any ideas!? Matt

To fix this heart rate tracking issue, I recommend you to check the information that's specified on our help article: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified there. Thanks - I have tried all the troubleshooting measures. I think my watch is crapping out. Disappointing Bc it’s not that old
