Yesterday, as I was doing a workout, I noticed that my Vesa Lite was not tracking my heart rate. I turned the device off and on several times, and nothing. I did a factory reset, and still nothing. When I went to bed, I noticed that it did start showing up. This morning is has stopped again. I have checked all the places that I can find and it is turned on and set to monitor my heart rated, but it is not showing up. What can I try next?

Regarding the heart rate issues that your Versa Lite experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.

I am having the same problem. The green light won't turn on at all. I have done a factory reset as well. Any solutions?
