Versa Lite heart rate too high

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Heart I got my Versa Lite from an authorized dealer just 2 weeks ago and from day one my heart rate is 90-95 at rest. I am not an out of shape overweight person and know from taking my pulse that the Versa is running 30 bpm higher than it should. I have spent hours on the phone with Fitbit who helped me to reset and reinstall everything without success. They gave me a ticket and told me it is a known problem and not to call back for two weeks. I haven’t seen anyone else write on the community recently that they too are having the same issue so I’m posting this so people can add to the issue of inaccurate heartrate

@Jenniferinaz Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I totally understand how frustrating this is for you since your Versa Lite is tracking your hear rate is too high. Our team is aware of this and are actively working in order to have a solution released soon.

I really appreciate your patience with this and feedback since this helps us to keep improving.

My versa has been doing this for the past 3-4 days. It shows me consistently being 120-140, and by the time I get up at 6 am I have 100 active minutes. Very frustrating as I’ve been working to lose my last few pounds and can’t get accurate daily stats. I know I’m not actually burning 5000 cal a day

I know exactly what you mean. My heart rate indicates I’m exercising all day long. I specifically bought this Versa to track my heart rate for stress signals so it’s upsetting I have to wait so long for a response.

I just received the Versa Lite and my heart rate on Versa Lite is running about 20 beats per minute higher than my actual heart rate verified by my doctor so I will be keeping an eye out for the solution also. Thanks.
