Since I have updated my versa lite, the heart rate and activity is not accurate. It indicates that I am doing extensive activity even when I am at rest. This is very frustrating. How do I fix this issue?

Mine is doing the same thing. It's saying my heart rate is double what it is. Also not detecting my heart rate when I sleep. I've done multiple resets and tried a factory reset
