I have had this Fitbit for just about a year and it's done nothing but been awful. I honestly wish I never upgraded my Alta. Versa lite will not stay connected to my Galaxy s10e and goes days without syncing. Now the heart rate monitor is always in the 130s+!? I've updated the app and the tracker and even turned on and off the heart rate tracker hoping it would reset but no luck. Not to mention the band broke literally months after buying it. This thing cost 160$ and for it to cause so much trouble is trulyind blowing. I'd advise anyone and everyone to avoid this fitbit if this can't be resolved. I loved my Alta so much I thought this was the best upgrade and clearly I was wayyy wrong.
