Versa Lite heart rate tracking not working

My heart moniter has stopped working.  What can I do? Received as a gift about 7 months ago n all of a sudden not working properly.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. If the heart rate sensors of your Versa Lite are not flashing anymore, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why don't I see my heart rate on my Fitbit device? and let me know if the issue persists.

Hi, Thanks for getting back to me. I tried the things mentioned and nothing worked. I also have calories burnt before my day even starts. It reads 4-500 burnt with no movement! Hoping you can help! Thanks Deb

Your effort troubleshooting your device with me is appreciated. For a better understanding of the issue you're experiencing and because you mentioned the calories burned, can you please clarify if your Versa is not tracking heart rate information at all or accurately? Please try our restart process in the meantime I receive your answers.

Yes I have no heart monitor at all to begin with and now I have calories burnt before any steps at all recorded. I've done all the suggested things and also a factory reset. Still the same and no lights blink at all on the back of watch. What can I do next?
