Versa Lite heart rate won't show up

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

For almost a week the heart rate will not show up on my fitbit. I've checked the settings on my fitbit and on the app and they're both on. I have restarted it multiple times including doing a factory reset, clearing all data. But, it still will not work. I need help ASAP because its keeping me from working out!

Hello again,

I also want to mention two additional issues I have been having whilst your
at it. For maybe two weeks, the same time the heart rate stopped showing
suddenly, my Fitbit's battery drains way faster than before. Nothing has
changed, nor did I change any settings, yet the battery drains in a day.
Before, my battery lasted multiple days. Another issue, which
occurred again today, is that I am unable to swipe the screen of my Fitbit.
This happened earlier, like with the other issues, but after a day of it
sitting on the charger, it resolved itself. As I said, this morning I woke
up to take it off the charger and it was stuck on the opening screen, but
the time still changes, I just can't swipe up, or to the left. These 3
problems lead me to believe I might just need a replacement. Especially
since I had completely cleared the data by doing a factory reset, but the
problems still persist. However, I have only had this Fitbit since early
March. Before that, I had another Fitbit Versa Lite, (The same kind I have
now) that had broken. It had a small crack in the upper left corner, but it
did not affect the performance of the device. It stopped working after a
day at the beach when I was on vacation, yet I believe the Fitbit is
waterproof? I have worn it in the shower many times, even with the crack,
and it was fine until then. My Versa Lite would not turn on, and yes, I did
try to reset it, put it in rice, and charge it all day, but it was just
dead for good, and we had to buy another one, this one. My only thought is
that maybe the recent update for the Versa Lite, could have made these
issues occur, but I do not know for sure. Thank you for taking the time to
help me and I hope we can resolve this together!
