Versa Lite hot on charger

Last night I put my versa lite on the charger and it started charging like normal. It was less than half charged. This morning I went to go put it on and it was completely dead and really hot. I took it off the charger. Let it cool down a bit and tried turning it on, but nothing. I’ve had this for not even a year now and I’ve never had any issues with it. I’ve never gotten it wet, never dropped it, great shape. What the heck do I do?!

Hi @sakurtz  these devices shouldn't be left to charge all night. Try a restart and see if it helps. You can reach out to support, but right now, their phone support is limited to weekdays only.

How am I do I restart it when it won’t turn on?

You can try the procedure, but it might not work. Not sure if charging overnight has fried the battery. Have you reached out to support? They may take longer to respond right now.
