This Versa is headache for my experience. My 3rd replacement and still issue is not resolved. Argh...

@honib33, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community. I'm also sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa Lite won't turn on. I totally understand how you feel about this.
I would like to know if your Fitbit Versa vibrates when you put it on the charger.
In the meantime, I'd like you to restart your Versa Lite as described in this help article. After this, check out if the issue gets fixed.
