The swim "exercise" mode is frozen and I now cannot access anything else on my watch. Not sure what to do. It will not even let me restart. Does anyone have a solution?

How about a restart?

Hi ! Same happened to me. Holding the main button to reboot it did the trick. No information lost during the process. hopefully Fitbit will solve this soon !

I have tried to use the Swim feature on the exercise app three times. Each time, the pause button has not worked and I have had to restart my whole Fitbit to close the workout, losing all my workout data in the process. Beginning to think this may be a glitch in the app rather than an issue with our Fitbits. Is there anything Fitbit can do about this?

This is something Fitbit has been made aware of and probably will require a firmware update.
