Hi there @Nelbae, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa Lite is losing time after the update, I understand where your concern is coming from. I'll be glad to help you with this.
While reading your post I was wondering if the mobile device you're syncing with is included in our list of supported devices? You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
Keep in mind that your Versa may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or if it has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with.
To see when was the last time your watch synced or check if it's still paired to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.
If your watch is unpaired, please set it up again by following the steps at: How do I set up my Fitbit device?. On the other hand, if your watch has not recently synced, follow these troubleshooting steps: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
I'm looking forward to your response, keep me posted.
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...

Hello,
Yesterday I set up my watch again and I synced it with my phone. After several trys finally he did it. I sheared because it worked. This morning my watch was 1 hour behind the actually time.
Before the update I 've had never any problems with it.
I hope you can help me.

Exactly the same thing is happening to me. Worked OK for 9 months right up till the recent update. Have spent at least 12hrs in time trying to sort this out. sometime I acheive a connection but the end result is always that the watch is unable to sync and therefore loses time.
