Hi, my fitbit not able to turn on even after i charge 

Try to hold the back button more than 10 sec, but device still no power.

Hi @Xxy1, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa Lite since it won't turn on. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I would like to know if your Versa Lite vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.
