I often travel between the Eastern and Central Time Zones. The Versa Lite had been making the change in time display until two days ago. I made the change to Central Time while passing into Illinois, but returning to Eastern time several hours later it did not change to the correct time. 24 hours later, no change,
Attempts at a fix Result
1. Charge to 100% - No Change in time, all other functions normal.
2. Manual Reset No change in time, all other functions normal.
3. Factory Reset/ Update "Update Failed" appeared on the iPhone it is synched with.
4. Two more #3 attempts Each attempt gave the same result.
Status at present, no response. The Update attempt failures de-activated the device entirely, making it useless.Pressing the side button brings up the FITBIT logo for a second before going black.
The order number confirmed isLKDMXX6VU.
Is this something fixable?

Regarding the time zone change and update issues that your Versa Lite experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.
