Versa Lite is not charging

My fitbit isn't charging, and it has that dotted fitbit logo on it that won't disappear.

I cleaned it with alcohol and toothbrush, then dried it, and tried
recharging it, but still nothing is happening. It's still just showing the
fitbit logo on and off.
