Versa Lite is not connecting to my phone

I have had my versa lite since Christmas. I have had problem since February with connecting to my phone I wont stay connected. I have turn blue tooth off and on , uninstalled the app and put it back on but it wont connect. I don't know what else to do

 Can anyone help please

I have tried all this but it will still not connect I have tried everything I can think of and also watched YouTube videos I still cant get it to work
