Versa Lite is not providing accurate heart rate readings

Hi everyone.

I'm having issues with my heart rate monitor on my Versa Lite. It is constantly showing my BPM upwards of 120 when normally it's in the 50-60 range. 

I've noticed the the heart rate light has been flashing green/yellow and green/red. 

I've turned the heart rate monitor on and off as well as the fitbit itself. I've also done a factory reset. Nothing has worked. 

I tried customer support as well, but none of the info they gave me was helpful. 

Anyone else have these issues?
