I use to be able to receive notifications on my watch, however I am not anymore. When I go into the app and go to the notification settings, it says that it is not working and that I must restart my phone (Huawei P30 lite). I have done this multiples times. I have also made sure that my Bluetooth is on, do not disturb is off and that my watch is synced. What else could I do?

If you're getting the error message “Notification service is not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker”, please note that we’re aware of it and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible.
If you're not getting the error message, but having issues with your notifications, make sure you've followed these steps: Why are notifications delayed or missing?

Hi,
I Just l got a new Versa2 and Im usiing Huawei P30 Lite. I dont receive any texte message notification on my watch. I have a Red message telling me to turn off my notification and my phone. I did it a few times and nothing is working. I use to have a charge 3 and i had the same problem. My New watch is a birthday gift and Im very disappointed that is Not working well. I also do all your notification tips and nothing work. My phone as the lastest download and the fitbit app too.
Can You help me please Im starting to regret this watch and feeling bad for the person who bought it for me.

Seeing this error for more than a year. If you cannot solve this small notification problem, you guys should hire better developers

Also.. my fitbit versa 2 is just a fitness band if it's not showing me the notifications from my phone and I am not able to reply to thode message from watch itself. Waste of money
