Versa Lite is not receiving notifications, won't sync and it's losing time

Tracker won’t sync. Which means no notifications and the time is off on the clock which also means the alarm feature is a no go. Fitbit app often says no device found when I try to sync to iPhone. I’ve done all troubleshooting steps with little luck. Is it time for a new tracker or is there some sort of known issue going on. Thanks for any info!
