Versa Lite is not receiving notifications

I am struggling with 2 problems.

1. Can t set up to receive emails, texts or even phone calls after I ve deleted and downloaded again the app

2. I can't seem to get rid of the steps reminder on the watch.

I recommend you to check How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? to verify that all the necessary requirements to receive notifications on your Versa Lite are correctly configured.
