Versa Lite is not showing any of my data

My versa lite isn't showing my steps,sleep ect on my watch ,BUT is recording the info on my app ? 

Things I've done/performed

I've factory reset it

Updated the watch

Charged to full

Cleaned the sensor

Uninstalled the app and reinstalled it

Switched off multiple times 

And still nothing, the only thing it shows is the time & date ,but all the info is being recorded on the app

Hi @Xangelminxx - have you tried switching clock face from the Gallery tile? Does the watch display respond to swipe if you double tap it first?

Yes ,I've also contacted Fitbit themselves and tbh I think I'm just going to get a watch from somewhere else ,not helpful 😔
