Versa Lite is not syncing and loses time

Hi

I have been having problems syncing my versa lite to my iPhone 11. Also the time is not updating. The problem started on Wednesday and I’ve just noticed there was an iPhone update around the time my issues started. 
Can anyone help me fix this.

Hi there @vmarsh, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa Lite is not syncing and loses time after updating your iPhone 11, I understand where your concern is coming from. I'll be glad to help you.

If you haven't done so yet, please try removing the Bluetooth connection between your phone and your Fitbit device:

*On your phone, tap Settings Bluetooth > the information icon next to the name of your Fitbit device > Forget This Device.
*Open the Fitbit app and set up the connection again. You should receive a message asking you to allow your Fitbit device to pair with your phone. Tap Pair to approve the request.

Sync your Versa Lite automatically when you open the Fitbit app or manually by tapping your profile picture > your device tile > Sync Now.

Hi

I have tried this several times over the weekend and it’s still not working properly. The time was wrong when I woke up this morning but I managed to get it to sync while I was walking to work. But now I can’t get the Fitbit to even connect to my phone. 

Anymore help you could give me would be great.
