I am new to using a Fitbit and just purchased a Versa Lite. I am also new to sleep tracking. I go to bed around 11:30 - 12:00 and get up around 7:30 and 8:00. I have it set to normal not sensitive and have been noticing that it doesn't seem to record more than half my sleep. It usually doesn't record until 3 a.m or later. I don't really know if it is that I actually don't fall asleep until then or if it's not tracking correctly. Some nights I do have issues falling asleep but even on the nights where I feel like I have had a good sleep, it is only showing sometimes 1-4 hours of sleep. Often only 1 or 2 hours. I don't know if my sleep quality is really that horrible or if it's something else affecting the tracking. Any suggestions? I did try putting it to sensitive but that was even worse sometimes it recorded no sleep at all or only a few minutes.

Hi @StoryBoutAGirl, due to the recent events, I apologize for the delayed response. However, let me welcome you to our Fitbit Community.
I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa Lite since it's not recording or tracking your sleep accurately. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please restart your Versa as described in this help article. Also, I would like to share this help page which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your sleep. Finally, monitor your Versa Lite and see if it tracks your sleep time accurately.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
