Versa Lite is not working after update

My Versa Lite isn't working correctly since the update. It syncs with my phone, but that's about it. I don't get reminders to move, it doesn't tell me when I've met my step goal, I don't get text messages or notifications of any kind.

I have restarted my Versa Lite, deleted and re-download the app, deleted my Versa lite from the app, and added it again. I checked all settings in my phone, yet nothing seems to work. I don't know what was in that update. Whatever it was messed everything up. Please fix it!

This is so annoying it has been happening for the past 3 weeks, even after updating the Fitbit
