My Fitbit is stuck on Fitbit logo from a new setup it's a New Fitbit versa lite. I have emailed Fitbit support twice and still no reply. I need help.

If you can't get started with your Versa Lite usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements provided in the help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?

Hi. I have done all the steps and the same thing keeps happening it gets stuck on Fitbit logo and won't do anything else. It don't vibrate, the back lights don't come on / flash nothing just the Fitbit logo and won't do anything else. I have done every step I have been told to do to try and fix this but nothing has worked. I still need help please. This is stressful and not having a working Fitbit.
