Versa Lite is stuck on the Fitbit logo

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Hi,

My Versa lite is stuck on the Fitbit logo after attempting to do the update.

It keeps resetting but does not go to the home screen with all the settings and apps therefore I cannot use the PC update method as I cannot connect to Bluetooth.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Please can someone assist urgently as I am at my witts end now!

Many Thanks,

Kind Regards,versa lite .jpg

@Elishia.n, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa Lite since it got stuck on the Fitbit logo.

I'd like to know if the firmware update finished or if the process couldn't be completed.

In the meantime, please restart your Fitbit Versa manually as described in this help article and see if the issue gets fixed.

Looking forward to your response.

I have the same issue after updating my fitbit. It can still be sync, but nothing showing up in my watch. it took 8hrs to update to 6.1.1. The clock and installation app from both windows and android didn't show any installed clock face/app.

how can you resolve this?

Hi @swergar, thank you for joining us in this thread and our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa Lite is experiencing the same issue and it didn't show any installed clock face.

I'd like you to try a factory reset. To do so on your device, follow the steps below:

  1. Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
  2. When the Fitbit logo disappears:
  • Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
  • Hold the button again until they feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates they initiated the factory reset.
  • Set up your watch from scratch and see if the issues get fixed.

Let me know how it goes.

Hello,

I've had the same issue for days now too. I followed the steps you listed, but still no change. It is stuck on the white logo screen.

Hi guys, I had a problem like you said. After reset:

" I'd like you to try a factory reset.

Try again to connect to the phone or iPad and push to update.

In my case, I first update made by iPad (10h or more...) and I did reset a few times and connected it to the phone (android), and pushed updated. After a few minutes, Versa Lite started working.

Good lack!
