I have already wrote what was wrong on here and got no reply so I am writing again as I'm getting so annoyed now it has been 7 days now that I ain't been able to use my Fitbit. My fitbit is stock on the Fitbit logo and it won't do anything. When I hold down the button it just goes back to the logo again and won't do anything just stays on the logo. Please help as I am getting so annoyed now day 7 now waiting for help is to much to be honest.

Hi @Pam.E., it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa Lite screen is stuck on the Fitbit logo and won't do anything else. I'm also sorry to hear that you didn't receive a reply soon. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email. I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you are back on track with a replacement unit.

@Pam.E., I'm sorry about the process took a little while. However, I got in touch with our Support department and told me that your replacement was already delivered. I'm glad to hear that you are back on track with your replacement Versa Lite.
