Hi there! I got a versa lite a couple of days ago and so far have really been enjoying it! Only a couple things I was hoping you could help me with:
1. The strava app doesn't seem to work. I tried to sync up my strava and fitbit through both the strava and the fitbit apps (I tried through my phone and on my laptop), and the fitbit app does say that my the linking has been authorised, but when I swipe through to strava on the actual fitbit it tells me to log in through my fitbit app on my phone! I've made sure all the permissions are okay and I've uninstalled and reinstalled the strava app on fitbit and turned off my phone and the watch and turned them back on but I just can't seem to get the watch to recognise that they have been synced! The activity that I'm doing is running and so uses GPS and the phone I have is a Sony Xperia xa1.
2. Today I noticed that my texts and calls and stuff also aren't coming through, to be honest I had forgotten that that was a feature but I haven't managed to get that to work either!
Thanks in advance for your help, I'm really looking forward to making the most of this watch, it's so cool! 🙂

Hi there @Gabby23, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm glad to hear that you've been enjoying your Versa Lite and wants to make the most of it. 😉
Thanks for the details provided in your post and for taking the time to troubleshoot both concerns prior to posting here.
I'd like to start by saying that your mobile device is not yet an supported device with the Fitbit app.
You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?
Fitbit products are compatible with most devices that have the following operating systems: Apple iOS 12.2 and higher, Android OS 7.0 and higher.
Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported and does not meet the require OS we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance. However, I'd recommend you to try the steps provided here: Why are notifications delayed or missing?
About Strava not connecting, please make sure you've done as follows:
Note the following types of activities won't sync to Strava:
