I have checked position, band tightness, restarted, turned completely off then back on checked that heart rate was enabled. And I cannot get a reading on my heart rate since last night. My device is just a few days old, but to already be having issues makes me upset esp since I ordered 2 more for my kids this past week to try to motivate them to be more active.

@chanze welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa Lite since it's not tracking your heart rate. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please check out this help article and make sure that the tips listed are covered. This article may contain troubleshooting steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. After this, monitor your Versa and see if it tracks your heart rate.
If the issue persists, try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Please sync your watch before in order to avoid losing current data.
Keep me posted on the outcome!
