Versa Lite isn't properly counting calories or active minutes

My Versa Light isn't properly counting calories during workouts or active minutes throughout the day. I restarted several times and did a chat with customer support and they're aware of the problem. It's a glitch on their end. They said they would notify me when the problem was fixed. In case others are having this issue, it might not be a problem on your end. 

 

Disappointing because my Versa Lite isn't even three months old but just out of the "return" window.
