Hi everyone! I have an iPhone 7 and I purchased my Versa Lite today! I have read so many things to troubleshoot the problem but I cannot for the life of me get text notifications to come through on my Fitbit. I’ve turned things on and off, uninstalled and reinstalled. But nothing works, any other ideas?

Sorry @Samlietz I do not know much about iOS, it would be helpful to have iOS in the subject.
First let's check the Versa by holding in the left button, you might then have to swipe left to get to the quick menu.
Make sure notifications are on.
Also Xi'an the phones notification panel and check that the Fitbit app has permission to send notifications.
