I’ve had my Versa Lite (version with just one side button) for less than a year.
It started glitching a few days ago, then woke up in the middle of the night and noticed the time wasn’t accurate. By the next morning it went completely black. I tried to charge it, said the battery was dead. After a full charge (confirmed on the app), it died completely and has been able to turn back on. It continued to log my steps and active minutes, but won’t light up at all. Today it’s not tracking anything at all, not syncing to the app at all.
I’ve tried to hold the side button down for 10 seconds to try and restart. Nothing. And since the watch won’t turn on, I can’t do a reset through the settings.
any ideas on what can be done to fix this issue?

Basically my issue, check out my post about that. But I had to factory reset it because it wouldn't sync, and I think there might be a factory reset option in the app. I don't know for sure about that but there might. Mine I factory reset and it's stuck on Data not cleared Sync and try again screen.

unfortunately my watch won’t even sync to the app anymore...so I’m unable to reset it at all. So disappointed and never buying Fitbit again..didn’t even last a year

My stopped syncing around the same date!!!
