Versa Lite keeps restarting and won't stay on

So, my versa just keeps restarting itself, when its on its base, it says its charged, you take it off and then it won't stay on. Did the update and that doesn't help. I think its dieing....

Seems like this is a common issue.

Probably best to inform Fitbit Support directly. They may be able to help you.

It would be interesting to know what tracker versions you have?

On the watch

Swipe left

Settings

Scroll to the bottom

Click About

Version near the top

Alson in the Fitbit App check

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

Device photo [middle left]

Make sure Quick view is on and then

Click on the Sync circle till it say

"a moment ago"

Then wearing the watch, raise your arm and twist your wrist to look at the time on the watch and see if it comes on.
