Versa Lite loosing time

Is anyone having problems with their watch 'losing' time? Mine is fully charged but has lost 55 minutes since last night. I don't want to do a 'reset' as last time I did one,  the watch stopped working for over a month.

Hi @HelenOx - if your watch is syncing well it should correct the time at each sync.

The fact that it has an incorrect time means that it is either not syncing properly or the watch is faulty which, in your case seems to be the problem.

First do a sync and then Shutdown from the watch Settings, About menu. Wait at least 10 seconds before placing on the charger to restart it and charge it.

Second try provisionally changing the clock face

Thirdly try temporarily turning off the phone's Bluetooth for a while and see if the watch loses time.

If it does after that, it may need a factory reset but odds are it is faulty. You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support to get help with the factory reset.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @HelenOx. I´m sorry to hear your Versa Lite is losing time.

Sync your Fitbit device to see the correct time. For more information, see How do Fitbit devices sync their data?

Keep in mind that your Versa Lite may be showing an incorrect time since it hasn't synced yet or if it hasn't been properly paired to your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with.
