I have tried every recommendation and my device loses active minutes a few times a day. I can see when active minutes are added (correctly) but then it loses active minutes a few times during the day.
I am convinced there is a flaw.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Brad-S.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Versa Lite loses active minutes. Thank you for your efforts to resolve this and confirming that you see when active minutes are added on the app. I recommend making sure your app is updated to the latest version: How do I update the app to the latest version? Please also let me know if you manually log any exercises or have any third party app connected to your Fitbit account?
Please keep me posted, I'll be around.

Thank you for your reply, @Brad-S.
I appreciate the additional details. Manually logging can affect the number of active minutes since the information you log overrides the device's data. However, since you mentioned that you lose the active minutes when you don't manually add the activity, I would like to confirm if you have any third party app connected to your Fitbit account?
Please keep me posted.
