Versa Lite loses time and won’t sync

I’ve had the same problem now for a week every morning when I wake up my versa lite has lost between 10/15minutes and hen you try to sync with my phone it takes about 3 attempts also it keeps disconnecting from my Bluetooth I’ve only had the watch since November 2019 not happy at all I’ve now got a case number as I’ve phoned them everyday I’ve done everything from uninstalling to resetting forgetting it on my Bluetooth turning phone on and off holding the button in on my watch change the clock face

Looks like the watch is faulty - a watch should lose time [of that magnitude].

 

Probably best to contact Fitbit Support directly again. They may be able to help you.
