My versa lite was losing time, so spoke to customer support who couldn’t fix after several times rebooting etc turning off Bluetooth, removing versa lite & putting back on so sent a new versa lite as only had since 2019 but still not syncing & gets to 100% downloaded & then fails, getting annoyed as doing everything that has been suggested so what’s the point & why should I buy a new one. The new one will not sync either….,any ideas except for asking for money back as product is not doing what it should be????

I see no comment has been made by Fitbit support & not spending another 45 mins with CS. Seems to be an ongoing issue that doesn’t seem to be resolved 🤔

Couldn’t be bothered to try & update versa lite but thought hey Fitbit may have fixed the error 😳 yeah no still getting to :hundred_points: % downloaded only to say FAILED. Totally peeved is an understatement maybe I should invest in something that’s not a Fitbit 🤷:female_sign:
