My Versa Lite is loosing time...10-20 minutes over night and then not tracking length of sleep correctly. My app says the app and the watch are up-to-date. Anyone else having this problem or know how to fix?

Hi there @MirandaLR, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa Lite is losing time and is also not registering your sleep accurately, I understand where your concern is coming from. Thanks for making sure that your app and watch are up-to-date, I'll be glad to help you.

Keep in mind that your Versa Lite may show an incorrect time if it hasn't synced or has been unpaired from your Fitbit account. Your Fitbit grabs the time of the device you're syncing with.

To see when was the last time your watch synced or check if it's still paired to your Fitbit account, tap the Today tab > your profile picture > your device image.

If your watch got unpaired for no reason, please set it up again by following the steps at: How do I set up my Fitbit device?. On the other hand, if your watch has not recently synced, follow these troubleshooting steps: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?

Also, I wondered if the mobile device you're syncing with is included in our list of supported devices? You can see the list at: Which phones and tablets can I use with my Fitbit watch or tracker?

Please keep in mind that when a device is not supported and does not meet the require OS we cannot guarantee its functionality with the Fitbit app. It might work at a certain time and then it can stop working out of nowhere after an update. This is because the app is not optimized to that device and any change could impact the performance.

We routinely test new devices to ensure full compatibility with Fitbit devices and the Fitbit app, and are constantly working to confirm compatibility with new phone models. Be sure to verify that your phone or tablet meets the minimum operating system requirements.

About your sleep data, please see: What should I know about Fitbit sleep stages?
