My wife has a Versa Lite. Last week she started having sync issues but we were able to get it back. But not anymore. Time is drifting, notifications don't work, communication with the app is iffy. We rebooted, watch and phone, we also did a factory reset and reinstall of the app on the iPhone. After the factory reset, it goes in update mode, starts, fails,... works, connects, disconnects.
Tried to reach Live support but end up on a lost page. It is still under warranty. where do I go from here?

Hi, been told by Fitbit support that this is a software issue but it is still not resolved. Watch is pretty much useless. Very disappointed.
