I have a Fitbit Versa Lite which is stuck on this screen after a Factory Reset. I have tried everything. The phone, an LG Stylo 4, won't find the device and neither will the app. Help!?

Hi @MikeGoebel, welcome to the community.
Go into the settings app on your phone and then into Bluetooth setting, make sure your Versa Lite is unpaired from this list. Then go back into the Fitbit app and try setting up the device again.

That was the first thing I did in addition to unpairing everything, deleting the app, restarting the phone, trying on other devices.
