Versa Lite no longer calculates Spo2

All of a sudden it no longer calculates SPO2 it worked fine when I downloaded for  weeks then it keeps saying cannot read SPO2

A full charge and simple restart of the watch may resolve this

Shut down watch

[ Swipe left, Settings,

at the bottom, About,

at the bottom, Shutdown]

wait a minute

Start watch [Hold button till it vibrates and wait for Logo and clock to reappear]

Hi again

so my versa lite wont hold the charge not even for a day had no problems until now. Rrad all the points on saving battery life but I dont think that I should turn off ALL the functions that I bought the watch fir in the first place... HELP 

the watch is about 1 1/2 years old
