I bought my daughter a Versa Lite in April but it's stopped working, it's on 0% but it won't charge, I know it's not the charger as my Versa can charge on my charger and my daughter's but hers won't, please help!

@smcnie - Your Daughter has the Versa Lite. Do you also have the Lite version or the original Versa? I ask because the chargers for the two devices are different. But if she is using the correct charger, then her Versa Lite should still be under warranty. Please contact Fitbit Support.

I have the Versa, my Versa works with both chargers but her Lite doesn't work with either.
