My Versa Lite used to show the map of my route that I've walked. When I start my Versa Lite to exercise & walk, it shows it's connecting to the app. But once I get started, my Versa Lite vibrates and shows "No GPS Signal". It records only the walk without the map. My location is turned on in the app. The only way the map shows now is when I "record" it from the fitbit app.

Hi @BabsWalker, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. To better assist you with this and because your Versa Lite uses the Connected GPS feature, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, please try the following steps and let me know if the issue persists:
Looking forward to your reply.

Thank you for your reply. I'm using an Android and it's probably been doing this since mid-to-late September. I'm still getting "No GPS signal". I will try the steps you suggested and see if that corrects the problem.

I did the steps as you outlined above and that seemed to fix the GPS connection. Thank you!
