Versa Lite no longer syncs with MyFitnessPal

Since the update to my Versa Lite yesterday, it no longer syncs with MyFitnessPal 😡! Any help please?

Hi there @Lesatlyme, thanks for stopping by. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa Lite stopped syncing with MyFitnessPal after the firmware update. I'll be glad to help you with that.

I'd like to confirm if your Versa Lite is syncing as usual? If so, I suggest revoking MyFitnessPal access from your Fitbit account and then link them both again. To do so:

  1. Tap the Today tab 
     
    and tap your profile picture. 
  2. Scroll down and tap Manage Data > Manage 3rd Party Apps.
  3. Log in to your Fitbit account.
  4. Tap Revoke Access to disconnect an app from your Fitbit account. 

Once you've completed the steps above, link them as follows:

  1. Log in to your account on the app or website.
  2. Find the section for connecting another account. This section is often called "Apps" or "Connect."
  3. Follow the on-screen instructions and log in to your Fitbit account when prompted.
