Versa Lite no longer vibrates when 10k steps reached

My Versa Lite no longer vibrates when I reach 10,000 steps.  It can still vibrate (eg when resetting etc), but not when I reach goal.  Bit sad :(, used to be a mood booster getting the step goal reached vibration!
