All of a sudden, my Versa Lite is just a watch. No steps, no HR. Nothing other than time. I did restart, reconnected to phone, software is UTD. Ideas? Thanks!

This also happened to me the other day. The clock shows but it ain’t recording any of my data. When I go into the app or when I swipe up I can see my data. Just nothing on the clock face. I’ve reset and installed the app several times. Any suggestions?

Oh my goodness I would never use ain’t. It isn’t recording/showing my information.
