Versa Lite - no syncing and watch doesn't keep the correct time

I noticed yesterday that the time was off.  Tried syncing the watch and it didn't update the time.  I reset the watch and it reset but this morning it was back to being 10 -20 minutes off.  Won't stay connected to bluetooth even though I have all day sync on and finally had to delete and re-add it.  All was fine but after 1/2 hour the watch is once again wrong and the syncing is once again no longer working.
