Versa Lite not Charging and Hot

My Versa Lite was down to 7%, so I put it in charger last night.  Today it wouldn’t turn on and was hot.  Now it won’t charge, won’t turn on and won’t reset. I have cleaned contacts, still gets hot and not charging.  What now?

Hi @gmcaruso  - stop charging it if it is hot. There is a fault and there is a risk of fire or explosion.

 

It may be due to getting water in it or a circuit or battery failure.

 

You can chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo Help & support, Contact Customer.
